This week Ann Westren takes us into the world of Fair Isle and Aran knitting at the Easter Show, Marion Jack of the Australian Alpaca Barn talks to us about her alpacas and her business.
Charles of JigraKnits presents his thoughts on how his location affects his knitting in his essay ‘Knittins in Welland’.
Another big thank you to Mandi of Ewe give me the knits for the selection of fibres to try spinning, I think it’s going to be fun.

  2. I’ve been listening to you for a while (and enjoy your podcast a lot!). Lime ‘n’ violet mentioned you in their recent podcast; maybe that’s where the extra listeners came from?

  3. Hi David,
Listen to Lime and Violet’s podcast entitled Pantless Wednesday and you will know why your numbers spiked. They gave you quite a recommendation.

  4. Hi David,
Thanks for another wonderful show. I just wanted to let you know that I am really enjoying your travelling sections. I couldn’t get to the Easter Show this year, and I do love the craft and knitting displays, so I am so glad I’m getting a virtual tour with you.
    thanks,
    Cath

  5. Hi David,

I just wanted to tell you how much I love you show. I finally finished listening to the last one yesterday and I felt compelled to write. You’re show is so interesting and down to earth. I love your prospective on knitting. Keep up the great Podcast!

  6. Thanks for the information on Charles. I had found his site previously, but I was unclear about exactly where he is located. I teach in a school with a huge proportion of English-as-second-language students. (In fact, we have sent exchange students back to Germany or Norway with some unexpected new language skills as well as improved English! I’ve been trying to figure out how to use some of his blog with my students.
