Show 175 – News

Busy since the last show, but the first book is ready to go to its audience tomorrow as school goes back.

The Audible special offer is here.

The music this week is from Takashi Matsuishi Spark’s album Preludes from Magnatune.

Follow me on twitter, @reidyd, for various photos including the panoramas take with the 360 application on the iPhone.

The yarn I reviewed, Paton’s Country Tweed is a nice chunky blend, perfect for winter, but I can’t put a link in because it appears to have been discontinued (which explains why it was so cheap I suppose).

While I was in Canberra last week, I went to the Handwritten exhibition, and added some 360 panoramas to my collection.

A direct link to the show is here, so you can play it on your computer.

Show 170 – The camp report

Lots about the camp this week, no knitting, so if what I got up to on the camp doesn’t interest you, skip to next week’s show.

The summary: it was the best school camp I have ever been on, and you couldn’t have asked for a better bunch of kids, they were amazing.
