    I love your podcasts! Your essay on Facts (versus opinions) raises an interesting issue – that of how people, even scientists and government agencies distort facts to suit their own agendas/opinions (e.g. whether insulin-spiking foods, carbohydrates, or fats cause obesity). Gary Taubes’ book “Good Calories, Bad Calories” reveals an excellent, if lengthy illustration of this phenomenon, though even reading the epilogue would be time well spent. His new book, “Why We Get Fat and What To Do About it”, is reportedly an easier, quicker read as it is written for non-scientists and is available on Audible.com!
