  1. Hi David,
I am an American living temporarily in Denmark, and I learned how to knit just for my move here. Your show gives me inspiration, and has shined a light on the hidden knitting community that’s out there. Now I tell every new person that I meet that I knit – and I’m happily surprised when the other person responds – me too.

I just wanted to send a note along to tell you how much I enjoy listening to your show. Your essays are always surprising in content, and the music is – well – music to my ears.

    I’ll be listening.

  2. Thanks for the lovely podcast. My husband is a piper and I really understand what you’re saying. My son, too. Plus we all play piano, there are 2 trumpets, a trombone, a french horn, I play flute and my daughter and I are drummers. Neighbors from H-E-double hockey sticks.

  3. I’m sorry to forget to add my home: Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada. You’ll find it just out of Vancouver on the 49th parallel. We loved visiting Sydney because it was so much like Vancouver.
